1. General
These terms of service apply to the services and website provided by Talon Toveri Oy (Business ID: 3337707-4). By using our services or website, you accept these terms.

3. Description of Services
Talon Toveri provides home maintenance services, including but not limited to drain and sewer maintenance, ventilation cleaning, roof maintenance, chimney sweeping, terrace and yard work, appliance installation, and heating and HVAC services. The specific scope of each service is agreed upon individually in connection with the quotation.
4. Quotations and Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are indicative starting prices and include value added tax (VAT 25.5%), unless otherwise stated. The final price is always confirmed in a separate quotation, which is valid for the period specified therein. The quotation is non-binding until accepted by the customer.
5. Orders and Cancellations
A service order is established when the customer accepts a quotation verbally, in writing, or electronically. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a call-out charge.
6. Warranty and Liability
All our work is covered by a minimum 12-month warranty. The warranty covers the work performed but does not extend to normal wear and tear of materials. Our operations are covered by liability insurance. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the completion of work.
7. Payment Terms
The standard payment term is 14 days net from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Late payment interest is charged in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act. A payment reminder will be sent for unpaid invoices, after which the receivable may be transferred to a debt collection agency.
8. Use of the Website
The content of the website is intended for informational and marketing purposes. The content of the website may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Talon Toveri Oy. We reserve the right to modify the content of the website without prior notice.
9. Maintenance Log Service
The electronic maintenance log service is designed for managing property maintenance records. The service is free of charge. Talon Toveri is not responsible for the accuracy of information entered by users. We reserve the right to modify the features of the service or discontinue the service with reasonable advance notice.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be settled by the Espoo District Court.
